History of Stone Age Rock Creations

Stone Age Rock Creations began in 2007.

After working for Universal Rocks for four years James Middlemiss left to start his own business and has since improved on construction methods and materials used by using the ferrocement method of construction.

This uses stronger steel frames covered with multiple layers of galvanised mesh and a stronger cement mixture with structural reinforcement fibres.Texture has also been improved so our rocks don't just look real, they also feel like real sandstone unlike other "smooth'' artificial rocks.

After working for over two years by himself James now has his father Garry on the team keeping it a family business and to help keep up with the work load and reduce customers waiting period.
